Base Compensation + Bonuses + Allowances
Once pregnancy has been confirmed by fetal heartbeat, you will start receiving a monthly installment of your base compensation. Experienced surrogates may receive an additional compensation of $10,000 to $30,000
Traveling Cost
Varies
We will cover mileage, flights, lodging, and meals ( up to $100 per person per day ). We will also cover one traveling companion for your embryo transfer and delivery.
Medical Screening Bonus
$300
You will receive a one-time bonus for your effort in attending your medical screening at the IVF clinic.
Medical Screening Clearance
$200
You’ll receive a one-time bonus once the IVF clinic issues your medical clearance letter.
Legal Contract Signing Bonus
$1,000
You will receive a one-time bonus ONLY if you sign the Gestational Carrier Agreement (GCA) within 3 business days.
Non-Accountable Allowance
$300 - $400/month
Once you sign your GCA, you will start receiving a monthly allowance. This payment is to help you pay for expenses attending your medical appointments and completing your embryo transfer. If you’re pregnant with multiples, the monthly allowance will be increased by $100 per month. The amount depends on the state you live in.
Medication Start Bonus
$500
You will receive a one-time bonus when you start medications at the beginning of your embryo transfer cycle (excluding birth control pills).
Support Group
$100/meeting
You will join our group of surrogate mothers who’re currently on a journey to ask questions and share experience. You will attend our monthly support group meeting with a bonus of $100 for each meeting.
Mock Cycle Bonus
If the IVF doctor or the Intended Parent decides to cancel the treatment, you will receive a one-time bonus for your effort. You will not receive this allowance if you decide to cancel the treatment.

You will receive a bonus for completing each embryo transfer.

You will receive a one-time allowance for each additional gestation.

Childcare Allowance
Childcare will be compensated for medical screening, embryo transfer, physician’s ordered bed rest and delivery recovery period as-needed ( receipts will be required ).

Housekeeping Allowance
Housekeeping will be compensated at $80/week from 28th week of pregnancy
to the 4th weeks after delivery.

Lost Wage
You may be compensated for lost wages for your medical screening, embryo transfer and delivery. You may also be compensated for lost wages for each day bed rest is required by the IVF doctor or your OB GYN. You may have 1 traveling companion for your embryo transfer and delivery who will also be compensated for lost wages.

Maternity Clothing
$1,000 - $1,200
You will receive a one-time allowance at 24 weeks of pregnancy. If you're having multiple-gestation pregnancy, you will receive an additional $200.
Wellness Program
You may use this allowance on the prenatal massages, acupunture, and post birth care.

Health Insurance
$8,400 value
An individual insurance policy will be purchased to cover prenatal care, delivery and postpartum care during the surrogacy will be provided.
Life Insurance
$750,000 coverage
A life insurance policy will be purchased that would provide $750,000 to your beneficiaries. If you don’t qualify for life insurance with such coverage, a lower amount of coverage or an accidental death policy of $500,000 will be purchased.
Health Insurance Bonus
$5,000
You will receive a one-time bonus of $5,000 if your current health insurance covers surrogacy pregnancy and you have coverage for the entire journey until after the delivery.
C-section
You will receive a one-time allowance if C-section is deemed medically necessary by your OB-GYN.

Invasive Procedure
You will receive this allowance for each invasive medical procedure which includes hysteroscopy, D&C, Amniocentesis, CVS and Endometrial biopsy.​​

Early Miscarriage
You will be compensated for this difficult time you go through if you miscarriage after the 2nd positive HCG beta before the 1st heartbeat.

Abortion/Termination or Reduction
You will receive an allowance for each abortion/termination you go through.

Ectopic Pregnancy
You will be compensated for this difficult time you go through if your OBGYN diagnoses you with Ectopic pregnancy during your term

Loss of Reproductive Organ
You will receive a one-time allowance of plus insurance payout for each organ removed in this unfortunate situation.

Hysterectomy
You will receive a one-time allowance of plus insurance payout in this unfortunate situation.

Breast Milk Pumping
You will be compensated for your hard work in providing breast milk. Pumping equipment and shipping will also be reimbursed.
